This service is non-refundable once the product has been delivered.
Our delivery service stops at your doorstep or your garage. Please select this optional service if you want our delivery staff to bring the product to the upper level.
Important: After placing an order, please provide photos or videos of the staircase to help us assess whether the upstairs delivery can be arranged. If we are unable to proceed, a refund will be issued.
Please note that this service only covers 2 levels above the ground level.
Upstairs Delivery Service Disclaimer
Our upstairs delivery service is strictly limited to a two-person delivery team, as our vehicles are configured to accommodate a maximum of two delivery personnel.
In cases where the weight, dimensions of the product, or on-site conditions (including but not limited to narrow staircases, sharp turns, limited space, or structural constraints) require additional manpower beyond two persons, the customer is solely responsible for arranging sufficient additional assistance to facilitate the delivery.
Prior to dispatch, customers who have selected upstairs delivery are required to provide clear photos or videos of the access route, including staircases, via email for assessment purposes. Failure to provide accurate or sufficient information may affect the feasibility of the service.
Upon arrival, our delivery team reserves the right to conduct an on-site reassessment of the delivery conditions. Based on this assessment, we retain the full discretion to proceed with or refuse the upstairs delivery service if the conditions are deemed unsafe, impractical, or inconsistent with the information provided.
If the service is refused or cannot be completed on-site, a fixed call-out fee of $80 will be charged. Any remaining balance of the upstairs delivery fee will be refunded to the customer.
By selecting the upstairs delivery service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
